A model you can approve
Georgia's state technology standard SS-22-002 lists "Alibaba products and services" as prohibited on executive-branch state systems; our default model is Alibaba's Qwen. For public buyers we propose OpenAI's open-weight gpt-oss-20b instead, which scored 39, 40 and 15 of 15. Your security office decides.
Records you can keep
Every task adds one line to an append-only log, and every draft cites the document and date it used. Ask your records officer what your retention schedule needs.

What we don't have yet
No customers, no SOC 2 or other certification, no cyber insurance confirmed, no single sign-on, no accessibility conformance report. Staffbox, Inc. incorporates when the first customer signs. We say this first because your process will ask. What we can do today: run your office's own past questions through the system and show you the score, with your staff grading the answers. Our own latest run: 6 Oct, quote action v2.4 on the 16 GB Mac mini: 351 of 360 generated messy requests right, and 0 wrong totals in 475 answers; of 11 misses, 10 declined and asked the customer and 1 was a routing miss. On 5 Oct the previous version scored 345 of 360 with 6 wrong totals, all on requests that also asked about an item we don't stock (it priced the nearest stocked item or skipped the question); v2.4 flags the unstocked item and never substitutes. A person checks every draft. That run used the default Qwen model, not gpt-oss-20b. Every graded answer. measured

Can a state agency use Staffbox if Alibaba products are prohibited?
Our default model is Alibaba's Qwen, so we propose OpenAI's open-weight gpt-oss-20b instead (39 of 40, 40 of 40 and 15 of 15 on our tests). Whether any model is acceptable is your security office's decision.
